Engineered for efficiency: Tubelite supports labor-saving installation with integrated system designs

Tubelite Inc. has engineered its breadth of aluminum-framed fenestration products to serve as individual components and together, as a complete building envelope. Its windows and doors integrate and install into Tubelite’s curtainwall, window wall and storefront systems. Mary Avery, Tubelite’s vice president of marketing, explains, “We’ve introduced several new products in the last few years – our TerraPorte terrace doors, 900RW ribbon windows and Phantom 5000 vents. These fit within our existing products and work together as an integrated system that helps save labor and headaches.”

Carboline Announces Change to North American Structure

RPM’s Performance Coatings Group has announced a change to its North American and Latin American strategy. Effective June 1, all of North America and Latin America will report to the corporate headquarters in St. Louis under President and COO Chris Tiernay. Previously, the Canadian and Latin American Carboline businesses operated independently under separate management teams.

Baltimore-based Neighborhood Design Center Announces Reverberations Conference + Gala

On June 8-9, the Neighborhood Design Center, a Baltimore and Prince George’s County based non- profit, will celebrate 50 years of serving local communities in Maryland with Reverberations: Roots and Relevance of Community Design, a public conference, and the 50th Anniversary Gala. The NDC in partnership with the Association for Community Design, will bring together design practitioners, community partners, government officials and others from around the country. The conference will provide a platform for critical reflection on the state of community design and where we’re going next.

Nestled at the foot of a wooded hillside, the new Los Gatos Public Library is a key element within a master plan that strengthens the connection between the town’s civic center and historic Pageant Park.
