LIVING PRODUCT EXPO 2017
September 12 @ 8:00 AM - September 14 @ 5:00 PM
WHEN: Tuesday, September 12, 2017 – Thursday, September 14, 2017
The Living Product Challenge re-imagines the design and construction of products to function as elegantly and efficiently as anything found in the natural world. The creation of this program kicked off a groundbreaking new event that brought together leading minds in the product industry to inspire a revolution in the way materials are designed, manufactured and delivered: the Living Product Expo.
At the first event in 2015 sustainability directors from the world’s leading design firms, prominent manufacturers and sustainability consultants learned about and shared game-changing innovations in product design. In 2016 we moved from inspiration to action.
At Living Product Expo 2017 we want participants to share and discover disruptive new ideas and technologies that are reshaping their materials landscape, accelerating the pace of innovation and making Living Products possible today. Join us, and together we will craft the future of materials.
HEAR WHAT ATTENDEES HAD TO SAY:
“The Institute’s Living Product Expo is THE place to be to learn about where cutting edge products are today – and where they’ll be tomorrow.” – Living Product Expo Attendee
“Real rigorous science, presented by the actual authors, with deep dives into the labeling systems and underlying evidence. Nothing else I’ve been to was even remotely as helpful on the topics of indoor environmental pollution and sustainable sourcing.” – Living Product Expo Attendee
“This needs to be recommended far and wide so the transformation of the materials industry can happen as rapidly as possible. This critical Paradigm Shift is our best hope for slowing the present mass extinction.” – Living Product Expo Attendee
“I’m an architect/specifier and LP15 was so much more informational, inspiring, and fun than our other trade shows. The participants made all the difference. More diverse, more interesting, more engaged.” – Living Product Expo Attendee
