The classic yet modern beach-front luxury residences at Timbers Kiawah Ocean Club & Residences embraces light, airy and natural design elements that embrace all the South Carolina coast has to offer. With the expansive windows allowing panoramic views of the ocean, owners are able to live in complete harmony with the landscape and seascape. Designed by J. Banks Design, the interior color palette – a mix of blues, sand and driftwood – perfectly complements the custom-designed furnishings for each residence. The open living spaces and spacious verandas within the residences allow for families to spend time together, while having personal getaways to lavish bedrooms and spa-like bathrooms.

The clubhouse, also designed by J. Banks Design, is anchored by a sculptural tabby fireplace layered with driftwood and made out of a mixture of sand, lime, water and oyster shells. Tabby, a building material in the South Carolina low country for generations, respects the history of Kiawah Island while synchronizing land and sea. The clubhouse incorporates warmth from the oak floors while also bringing in a world of blues and a sophisticated nautical vibe.
