Officials Break Ground on New $5.5M Retail/Office Building at West Bank Landing in Great Falls, Mont.

Developers broke ground on a new 33,468 square-foot, $5.5 million mixed-use retail/office building at West Bank Landing in Great Falls, Montana. Slated for completion in July 2018, the new building is part of a $65 million multi-phased effort led by West Bank, LLC, and supported by Great Falls Montana Development Authority, to revitalize a 12.5-acre brownfield site along the Missouri River.
