BNBuilders is pleased to announce that it has completed construction on the San Diego Padres Hall of Fame at Petco Park in downtown San Diego.  The project was opened on July 1, 2016 with a ribbon cutting ceremony attended by Padres ownership and executives, members of the Padres Hall of Fame, elected officials, and special guests.  With an extremely tight schedule, BNBuilders worked around the clock to complete construction in approximately two months’ time.  One of numerous projects BNBuilders has completed on a tight timeline, the company has gained a reputation for its ability to complete fast-track construction projects.

Due to the nature of the Padres’ schedule around All-Star activities, BNBuilders had a window of about two months to complete the construction on the Hall of Fame in time for the planned July 1st, 2016 opening.  BNBuilders accommodated the deadline by working 24/7 and shaved weeks off of an already aggressive construction schedule.  BNBuilders was tasked with completing all of the concrete, gypsum wallboard, and build-out of the 2,175-square-foot space.  The project includes a media wall with five screens, an 80-foot-long timeline wall, an interactive theater, thirteen hanging panels measuring eight feet each, and numerous plaques.  The displays feature a history of the Padres and San Diego, and Hall of Famers that were inducted in San Diego and in Cooperstown, NY.

Jamie Awford, Principal at BNBuilders, states, “We are so pleased we were able to accommodate the Padres’ schedule and deliver this exciting new asset to the team and their dedicated MLB fans.  This is a great example of BNBuilders’ ability to complete fast-track construction projects when our clients’ schedules require a tight turn-around.”
