Debibi’s addition brings expanded CRE relationships and experience to the firm
LOS ANGELES, Calif. – February 11, 2019 – Nadel Architects (Nadel), an international award-winning architectural design firm headquartered in Los Angeles, has appointed Stella Debibi as Managing Director of Business Development. Debibi will strategically drive business growth and oversee the firm’s marketing and branding, business development strategies, and client relations. Debibi brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate development, finance, A&E, and strategic marketing, with a specialty in leveraging strategic partnerships and client branding in commercial real estate, further strengthening Nadel’s brand and presence in Los Angeles.

Debibi’s vision and depth of relationships have led to notable achievements including her national promotion of the CRE Finance Council on the West Coast, driving a 70% increase in conference attendance. She also helped grow Koss REsource, an online community of active CRE professionals with no presence to more than 300,000 active real estate professionals nationally on the platform.

Prior to Nadel, Debibi held roles with George Smith Partners, a commercial real estate investment banking firm, and also served as partner of her own business development and strategic marketing advisory firm, Debibi Strategic Partners.
Debibi is also an active philanthropist and was the first woman to hold a leadership position in the Real Estate Cabinet of the Jewish Federation (REC). She has served on the board of the City of Hope’s Real Estate Division and the Young Leadership of Magbit Foundation. She was also an executive member of the Central City Association, an advocacy group in Los Angeles focused on commercial real estate. She has also supervised the launch of Moriahopoly, a fundraising event benefitting the Moriah Society, part of the American Jewish University real estate group.
