KTGY-designed Elan Menlo Park Targets Silicon Valley’s “Creatives”

“The architectural style can best be described as contemporary and responds appropriately to the future context planned for the area. The project’s exterior material palette consists of stucco and cementitious siding with metal accent panels located in key areas. A mix of cool body tones and warm accent colors create a contrast between the building modulation and further breaks down the scale of the buildings. The project entry is emphasized with an enhanced architectural treatment at each corner. This treatment includes a corner patio/deck, enhanced glazing and prominent massing. There is also a variety of treatments used on the patio/deck railings ranging from sleek metal rails to a contemporary wide board treatment.” – Jessica Musick, associate principal at KTGY
