The 190,000-square-foot facility replaces its former location, which was damaged by the 2008 flood. The new $80 million, 221-foot-tall, torch-shaped tower has improved safety, security and design standards, and has obtained LEED® Gold status. The $28 million building highlights “ample natural light” among its amenities, which is made possible in part by its pyramid skylight. Super Sky Products Enterprises, LLC, manufactured the 23-by-23-foot skylight with aluminum framing finished by Linetec in a Silver Sunstorm color mica coating to ensure long-lasting performance.
