INDIANAPOLIS, Nov. 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ — BSA LifeStructures, a nationally recognized architecture and engineering firm, has hired Vicki Mettlach, RN, as senior healthcare operations planner. Based out of the firm’s Denver office, Vicki will contribute her expertise to the development of healthcare facility design that supports evidence-based clinical outcomes.

Previously a project manager and director of quality resources and professional services for Castle Rock Adventist Health Campus/Centura Health, Vicki provides state-of-the-art clinical and hospital operations insight and guidance for healthcare projects. She has implemented risk reduction strategies and LEAN performance improvement initiatives, while increasing patient satisfaction and adhering to corporate benchmarks and regulatory compliance.

Vicki earned an Associate Degree in nursing from Albuquerque Technical Institute and a Master of Business Administration in healthcare administration from the University of Phoenix, and has also completed a Chief Nursing Officer residency program.
