“Waterline Square offers the most comprehensive and cohesive residential experience available in New York City designed by an unparalleled team of celebrated visionaries,” said James Linsley, President of GID Development Group. “We curated a team that brought together the industry’s best minds in architecture and design, and these awards from the acclaimed National Association of Home Builders affirm our success in creating an incredible product that represents the pinnacle of high design and luxury living, and we could not be prouder to accept them.”

The National Association of Home Builders salutes the highest caliber of residential developments throughout the United States. The Association’s annual Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards program highlights creative development concepts, innovative financing strategies, great design and superior management and marketing in the apartment and condominium marketplace. Waterline Square excelled in these awards categories due to the exceptional design of its overall community, Sales Gallery and project website. The development features architecture by Rafael Viñoly Architects, Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates and Richard Meier & Partners Architects, complemented by interiors spearheaded by world-renowned interior designer Champalimaud Design, famed hospitality firm Yabu Pushelberg and AD100 designer Groves & Co. Acclaimed design firm Eight Inc. is responsible for the award-winning design of the Sales Gallery. Hill West Architects is the project’s Architect of Record.

Providing the ultimate lifestyle experience in New York City, Waterline Square is home to an extraordinary collection of indoor amenities connecting all three residential towers. Designed by Rockwell Group, the Waterline Club features 100,000 square feet of programmed spaces, including first-of-their-kind offerings such as a regulation-size indoor tennis court and an indoor half-pipe skate park. The development is also home to a 2.6-acre park designed by landscape architecture firm Mathews Nielsen Landscape Architects, as well as two world-class restaurant partners, Cipriani and Empellón, both slated to open later this year.
