Engineered with a proprietary double-silver, magnetron-sputtered vacuum deposition (MSVD) coating, Solarban 67 glass reflects the true timbre and brightness of ambient light and color more accurately and authentically than any architectural glass of its kind.

In addition to endowing commercial buildings with crisp, clean and brilliantly clear exteriors, Solarban 67 glass features a proprietary low-e coating that enables it to provide high levels of solar control performance not typically associated with transparent glass.

United with vibrant Optiblue® glass on the new 40-story luxury apartment tower, Solarban 67 glass blocks nearly 70 percent of the sun’s heat energy in a standard 1-inch insulating glass unit (IGU) while transmitting almost 40 percent of the available sunlight.

As a result, Solarban 67 glass helps increase the comfort of building residents while lowering air-conditioning demand and providing clear, unobstructed city views.
