Due to the heavy industrial use of the facility, CENTRIA’s Formawall® Dimension Series® insulated metal panels were chosen to provide thermal efficiency as well as wind and flame resistance. The panels offer superior weather protection, and deliver a sleek façade. The CENTRIA metal wall panels were coated in Sherwin-Williams Coil Coating’s Fluropon® Classic metallic coating in the colors Pewter and Silversmith – providing an air-like aesthetic to the facility’s exterior with the main overcast gray tone perfectly accented by the dark gray.

KIRCO announces grand opening of the Global Dow Center and new H. H. Dow Visitors and Heritage Center

Elements of the Global Dow Center include: a six-story, 184,390 square-foot, steel-frame and curtain wall structure; 21,000-square-feet of vegetative rooftop and a nearly one-acre decorative pond wrapping one-third of the building, helping to dramatically reduce heat islands and storm water runoff; and an enclosed employee walkway connecting occupants to parking and other campus facilities.

Royal Hawaiian Center features new Super Sky skylights with finishing by Linetec

The Center’s refreshed exterior seamlessly blends with its lush surroundings, including an added green gathering space for entertainment and cultural programming. On Buildings A and C, designed by Architects Hawaii Ltd. (AHL), skylight systems by Super Sky Products Enterprises, LLC showcase natural light and views. Linetec painted the skylight’s aluminum framing members in a durable, 70 percent PVDF resin-based coating to protecting against the intense sunlight, heavy rains, high humidity and salt spray.
