YKK AP America announces expansion with new sales and customer service representatives

YKK AP America today announced it has expanded its sales and customer service team with the addition of three new hires. Twenty-year industry veterans Michael West and Kyle Peterson will join YKK AP as residential sales representatives for the state of North Carolina and the state of Florida, respectively. Shurnell James joins YKK AP as the customer service manager for the residential division, where she will play a critical role in cultivating a high-performing customer service team.

KAI Design & Build announces restructuring

KAI Enterprises, which will simply go by KAI publicly, will serve as the parent company of four new subsidiaries—KAI Design, KAI Engineering, KAI Build and KAI 360 Construction Services (KAI 360 CS). As part of the restructure, KAI will launch a new branding effort in February that includes a new corporate brand identity, logo and tagline as well as a new website.
