Visitors to the PPG booth will find information about PPG’s flagship line of PPG DURANAR® polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) coatings, headlined by PPG Duranar MXL coatings. Formulated to meet architect and designer demand for more brilliant coatings, PPG Duranar MXL coatings are blended to incorporate mica flake into the clear topcoat of a three-layer finish system, which results in an explosion of color when the coating is exposed to direct daylight.

DXA Studio to Participate in Time Space Existence Exhibition During 2018 Venice Biennale

DXA studio has announced that they will be part of the Time Space Existence Exhibition being held as a part of the 2018 Venice Biennale. The exhibition opens May 26th and will be shown through November 25th. In addition to DXA studio, participating architects include Skidmore, Owings & Merrill; Fumihiko Maki; Jean-Paul Viguier; Ideal Spaces; Curtis Fentress; Mark Harris; and more. An exciting project by Daniel Liebeskind will also be presented.

Carboline Announces Change to North American Structure

RPM’s Performance Coatings Group has announced a change to its North American and Latin American strategy. Effective June 1, all of North America and Latin America will report to the corporate headquarters in St. Louis under President and COO Chris Tiernay. Previously, the Canadian and Latin American Carboline businesses operated independently under separate management teams.
