BEHR® interior paint ranks No. 1 in customer satisfaction, according to J.D. Power 2019 Paint Satisfaction Study

Behr led all interior paint brands in three key factors of satisfaction: durability, in-store color displays and printed materials, and warranty/guarantee. The 2019 Paint Satisfaction Study was fielded in January of 2019 and is based on responses from 2,995 customers who purchased interior paint within the previous 12 months. In the study, BEHR interior paints received a score of 852 on a 1,000-point scale, as well as a J.D. Power.com Power Circle Rating™ of 5, the highest rating, indicating it is ranked “Among the best” by study participants.
