OZ Architecture to design mixed-use development in Denver’s RiNo

OZ Architecture was selected by developers Tom and Brooke Gordon to lead the design and architecture for DriveTrain, a transformative new mixed-use development that will cover three acres along Brighton Boulevard in RiNo. The diverse and innovative development will be the first of its kind in the area, as it will include a variety of pedestrian-friendly, interconnected residential, retail and restaurant options, incubator spaces, and a 120-room boutique hotel, all within easy reach of the future 38th/Blake Station light rail stop and along the South Platte river where the new improvements are planned.

Master plan completed for ambitious ‘Old City’ redevelopment in Philadelphia

NV5 Global Inc., Hollywood, Fla., announced the completion of master planning for the “transformation” of Philadelphia’s Old City historic district, a long-term redevelopment program that will extend over the next decade. The plan, named “Vision2026” in anticipation of the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, seeks to encourage pedestrian traffic, expand public spaces, attract neighborhood retail, and improve connectivity to adjacent neighborhoods.
