Under-construction Dallas Arts District Residences aim to be healthiest high-rise in Texas
DALLAS, May 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — Dallas-based real estate developer HALL Group announced that HALL Arts Residences, the company’s 28-story luxury residential high-rise under construction in the Dallas Arts District, is the first residential development to register for WELL Multifamily Certification in Texas. In partnership with the project’s architect HKS Inc. and AD100 interior designer Emily Summers Design Associates, HALL Arts Residences was designed to be the healthiest high-rise in Texas, ensuring that homeowners will enjoy the highest level of both health and wellness in their built environment when the property opens in early 2020.

HALL Arts Residences is registered to pursue WELL Multifamily Certification. Upon opening in 2020, HALL Arts Residences would be awarded WELL Certification by IWBI upon rigorous testing and a final evaluation by Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI), which is the third-party certification body for WELL, to ensure it meets all WELL performance requirements.
