Formed in 2010, the GRC convenes Boston’s top business, institutional and civic leaders to develop climate resilience and carbon mitigation strategies that support the City’s Climate Action Plan.

Sited on a bustling corner within walking distance to downtown and across from the Lynn commuter rail station, the bold design integrates the campus with the surrounding community. The angled roofline provides visual interest, and the southwest corner of the building, clad in perforated metal, acts as a welcoming beacon to draw in the community.

Craig Wall Jr. Academic Center (Wall Center) at Davidson College, a private liberal arts college with nearly 2,000 students in Davidson, North Carolina. The new Wall Center, and renovation of the adjoining Martin Chemistry Laboratory building, together comprise nearly 164,500 SF for collaborative teaching and research labs, faculty offices, and collaboration spaces, while providing campus amenities for the entire Davidson community.

Located in Knoxville, the new $75 million, 271,121 SF tower houses a 14-room surgery platform, multi-specialty outpatient clinics, and a 44-room all-private neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) to meet the growing demand for pediatric health services in the region. This expansion and the accompanying renovation of vacated space in the old building fulfills the goals of Children’s Hospital’s strategic master plan, significantly upgrading its facilities and enhancing Children’s Hospital’s visibility as the region’s only comprehensive pediatric center.
