Sound Transit Breaks Ground on New Light Rail Base in Seattle Area

The design-build team of Hensel Phelps Construction Co, Stantec and partners, will deliver the new $218 million OMF East. Hensel Phelps and Stantec bring more than 140 combined years of design and construction experience to the project. The 165,000-square-foot facility will provide 14 service bays, a cleaning and wash bay, shop areas, parts storage, office space, and on-site parking for service and employee vehicles.

The design-build team of Walsh Construction Company II and Stantec will deliver the new $135 million CHQC. The CHQC is one of the first large scale new Zero Net Energy (ZNE) projects that will be implemented by the State of California after the issuance of Gov. LMN Architects expands and renovates the Greater Columbus Convention Center

Lacombe Lift Station Concrete Waterproofing Project

The Lacombe Lift Station was recently built in Red Deer in Alberta, Canada, to accommodate the area’s population increase as well as to upgrade the existing sewage/wastewater systems that served the local population.  The engineers on the project, Stantec, wanted a proven, leak-proof waterproofing system to protect the station and selected W.
